Job summary

The Performance Marketing Specialist plans,executes and optimises digital campaigns to generate leads, increaseconversions and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

·       Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid advertising, social media, email and search.

·       Identify new channels, partnerships and opportunities for growth.

·       Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages and offers to improve conversion rates.

·       Monitor campaign budgets and key metrics such as leads, cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.

·       Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations.

·       Work closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with sales targets.

Requirements

·       Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or a related field.

·       1 to 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.

·       Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.

·       Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets.

·       Results-oriented, with a willingness to test and learn.
