INTERNSHIP - HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Elitesoft Asia Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Intern to join our team and assist with various HR-related tasks. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR team to gain hands-on experience in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Assist with the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up new employee files.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as coordinating events and activities.
• Assist with HR administration, such as maintaining employee files and updating HRIS records
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

We are currently located at Glenmarie, Shah Alam. We will relocate to Puchong Jaya soon around November 2026.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
