Full Time Senior Operations Manager - Air Freight Jobs, in Airswift - Maukerja

A leading specialized supply chain and logistics solutions provider is seeking an experienced Air Freight Senior Operations Manager to lead and transform its Singapore operations. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across air freight, warehousing, and transportation activities, while leading change management initiatives, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end operations of a growing logistics and air freight business, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Drive business transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and scalability.
• Oversee air freight, warehousing, transportation, and inventory activities to ensure seamless cargo movement.
• Manage day-to-day operational performance, ensuring timely execution and adherence to customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a key point of contact for operational and service-related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and manage operational KPIs, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of operational professionals while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in air freight or freight forwarding operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations, particularly in project cargo.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and supporting key accounts.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for team performance and operational delivery.
• Commercially aware with exposure to budgeting, cost control, and business performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
