Full Time SITE SUPERVISOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in THE PLACE BY DECO Kedah - Maukerja

Job Description

• Responsible in creating, updating and managing project course, site schedule, time frames and budget.
• Manage proper paperwork for a project if required and keep proper recording and filing of all projects.
• Responsible in managing and leading sub-contractor team.
• Responsible for site supervision work, site management work, monitoring installation team and work progress.
• Responsible in solving any problems that occurred during the course of project.
• Responsible in communicating with customers during project if required.
• Report to Project Manager.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, with relevant experience in infrastructure, civil works, construction and/or interior design projects.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in infrastructure works, site supervision, roadworks, drainage, earthworks or other civil works will be highly preferred.
• Willing to work overtime and able to work at site office located in Kedah
• Possess a valid driving license (class D)
• Possess skill and knowledge in Auto Cad and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project coordination, site operations, construction activities, project scheduling and deadline management.
• Highest integrity a pre-requisite with good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
• Self-driven and result oriented.

• Strong in managing project and meeting deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill, excellent team player.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
