Job Overview

The Sourcing King Pte Ltd is expanding into Malaysia! We are a fast-growing building and finishing materials sourcing specialist connecting developers and contractors with trusted manufacturers in China.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our pioneering Kuala Lumpur team. This role involves managing recruitment activities across Malaysia and Singapore, sourcing qualified candidates, and supporting our regional business expansion.

Job Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency or executive search firm.

• Experience recruiting for corporate positions, with exposure to both Malaysia and Singapore markets being an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and candidate evaluation methods.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, cross-border working environment.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement while the Kuala Lumpur office is being established.

• Basic understanding of Malaysian labour standards and Singapore MOM employment requirements.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for positions across Malaysia and Singapore.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, proactive headhunting, professional networking, and other recruitment channels.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

• Work closely with the Head of HR and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and business objectives.

• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide market insights on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in Malaysia and Singapore.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems.

• Support the Head of HR in improving recruitment processes and overall hiring efficiency.
