Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Rosado Tradeline Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Budget costing for projects (M&E and civil works).
• Conduct project cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Responsible for ensuring that work done is claimed up-to-date, Variation Orders (V/O) submitted timely and profitably, and settle final account.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards to maintain quality and safety.
• Assist in the negotiation and settlement of claims and disputes.
• Updates cash flow and monitors project budget.
• Work closely with Project Directors to deliver successful projects and foster a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (Data Center construction experience is a Plus)
• Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, site measurement, cost estimation, claim evaluation, and variation orders.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Words, AutoCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
