Full Time Project Manager - High-rise Property Developer JB jobs in Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely and cost effective manner.

• Ensure that project objectives are achieved and projects are delivered successfully in accordance with agreed scope, time frame, budget, quality and safety standards

• Coordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and other government authorities in getting necessary approval

• Monitor the works carried out by the specialists, contractors and to ensure the works conform to relevant specifications and standards and to the approved designs

• Plan and manage project implementation to meet all requirements

• Participate in the development and execution of processes and contracts to procure design, construction and other construction related services

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Structural/ M&E Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 8 years and above experience in high-rise project

The salary will be matched and determined based on the candidate’s current salary, work experience, and market salary levels.
