• Students pursuing Diploma/Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Interested in hands-on technical work and equipment repair.
• Willing to learn and work in the field/on-site.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical or refrigeration systems is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Intern to join our Technical Department. The intern will gain practical experience in the servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and ice-making equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in the installation, servicing, troubleshooting and repair of ice-making and refrigeration equipment.
• Learn and understand the basic refrigeration cycle, including compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion device and refrigerant system.
• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and refrigeration-related problems.
• Learn to inspect and test components such as compressors, motors, pumps, fans, sensors, thermostats, relays and control boards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine servicing of ice makers and other F&B equipment.
• Perform basic cleaning, inspection and maintenance of refrigeration components.
• Assist technicians during on-site service and customer visits when required.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling electrical and refrigeration equipment.
• Record service findings, repair activities and replacement parts used.
• Perform other technical duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
