Full Time Batcher (Precast) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Workle Selangor - Maukerja

About the role

Operate and manage the batching plant to produce good quality concrete that meets order specifications. Control wastage, monitor raw material quality, and ensure the correct mix design is used for every batch. Coordinate closely with production, mixer truck drivers, and maintenance teams to keep supply schedules on track. Lead a small team, provide on-the-job training, and enforce safety practices to maintain a clean, tidy, and accident-free workplace.

Key responsibilities:

• Batch good quality concrete mix and take responsibility for handling any concrete rejection issues.
• Control concrete wastage within acceptable limits.
• Carry out daily preventive maintenance on the batching plant to reduce downtime.
• Make sure the correct mix design is used before batching.
• Check and monitor the quality of raw materials.
• Work with the production team on concrete performance (workability, strength, etc.).
• Arrange daily work schedules for workers and machine operators.
• Operate computerized batching equipment to weigh and mix aggregate, cement, and water to produce concrete that meets order specifications.
• Coordinate with production and mixer truck drivers on batching and supply schedules.
• Carry out daily plant housekeeping

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years' working experience
• Experience in the same field is an advantage
• Computer literate and able to work with batching software
• Able to lead a small team of general workers
• Able to understand simple technical issues and communicate them clearly with production and maintenance teams
• Willing to work on a shift schedule
• Experience in concrete batching or handling is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
