Role Overview

As the Sales Assistance of the MIS and Receiving Department, you will oversee the accurate and efficient handling of goods received into the store. You’ll be the key link between operations, inventory control, and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving activities for fresh, dry, and frozen goods
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and physical stock against purchase orders
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in the system
• Monitor unloading, sorting, and storage of goods to maintain quality and safety standards
• Prior experience in receiving is an advantage
• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift moderate weights
