JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to planning, implementation and enforcement of the Company’s Quality Management System.

To assist Operation Director for Quality Assurance functions to meet company vision and objectives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper food safety, hygiene, handling, storage and temperature control practices.

2. Maintain QA documentation, records, SOPs, checklists and traceability records

3. Maintain quality documents, batch records, retained samples and traceability records to support investigations and product recalls.

4. Coordinate food/seafood sampling and laboratory testing when required.

5. Monitor compliance with established food safety and quality procedures.

6. Assist in internal and external audits, inspections and certification requirements.

7. Follow up on non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement activities.

8. To checking final products whether meet the specification.

9. To inspect and record hygiene and cleanliness.

10. To inspect and monitor finished good product before packing and sealed.

11. To inform Operation Director if any Non-Conformance occur in operation.

12. To verify and report to Operation Director if any product return from customer.

1 3. To complete checklist report after inspection.

14. To perform other job function and projects as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.30pm)
