Full Time Electrical - Instrumentation (E-I) Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in KL-KEPONG EDIBLE OILS SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

Be part of our maintenance team and keep our production running safely, efficiently, and reliably. We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Technician to support our plant operations in Pasir Gudang.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned daily preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure machinery and equipment remain in optimal operating condition.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify electrical and instrumentation issues involving electrical systems, pneumatic systems, motors, electronic components, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Identify equipment faults and perform timely corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production operations.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety rules, safe work procedures, and established company requirements, especially when working around operating machinery.
• Work closely with Mechanical, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless plant operation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept in a safe and proper condition.
• Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the superior.

What We're Looking For

• Possess a Wireman Certificate in Electrical (e.g. PW4) or Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
• Good working knowledge of pneumatic systems and PLC.
• Able to read and understand electrical diagrams, schematics, and hard wiring.
• 1–3 years of working experience in a palm oil refining environment will be an advantage.
• Practical, hands-on approach with good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
