Full Time Live Stream Admin Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Alluora Johor - Maukerja

Position: Admin Livestream
Location: In-Person
Working Hours: Night Shift

Role Overview:
You will be the backbone of our nightly livestream sessions. You will ensure every live session runs smoothly, looks professional, and keeps our audience engaged from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule and manage all livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee and other platforms
• Coordinate with livestream hosts, talents, and technical team before, during and after live
• Monitor livestream quality - video, audio, lighting and production
• Manage live chat: Engage with viewers, answer comments, and create a positive interactive experience
• Moderate content to ensure compliance with platform and company guidelines
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in real-time
• Assist in content preparation - scripts, visuals, product info and promotional materials
• Maintain livestream archives, reports and performance analytics
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative and Logistics teams to align lives with campaigns
• Handle customer service duties and manage reply SOPs across all channels

Requirements:

• Prior experience in livestream moderation, customer service or content admin is an advantage
• Familiar with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.
• Fast typing skills and excellent written communication (BM & English)
• Detail-oriented, alert, and able to make quick decisions under pressure
• Able to work independently and stay focused during long night shifts
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
