Key Responsibilities

• Verify Coverage: Check and confirm insurance benefits, eligibility, and pre-authorizations with providers.
• Process Claims: Submit, track, and manage insurance claims and billing cycles daily.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Handle claim denials, follow up on unpaid balances, and submit necessary appeals.
• Communicate with Clients: Explain coverage details, out-of-pocket costs, and payment plans to customers or patients.
• Maintain Records: Document financial interactions, update client files, and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
• 2-3 years work experience in insurance handling.

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
