Location: Taman Damansara Aliff, Tampoi Johor Bahru

We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Content Marketing - Assistant Manager to promote our authentic restaurant, increase brand awareness, and attract more customers through online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow the restaurant's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Create engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Development Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote menu offerings, seasonal promotions, and special events.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external vendors on marketing materials. Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback.
• Assist in organizing events, festive promotions, and special campaigns. Explore strategic partnerships with businesses, hotels, travel agencies, and event organizers.
• Track marketing performance and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. Preferably in F&B or hospitality is advantages
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, CapCut, or similar marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, content creation, and organizational skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and customer engagement
