Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage export trade operations, ensuring efficient processes and successful overseas sales.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with international clients, exploring new avenues to grow the client base and increase revenue.

Produce concise and comprehensive periodical reports for higher management, providing valuable insights and updates on trade performance and opportunities.

Lead and manage a team with strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Act independently and creatively to identify new business opportunities and enhance trade operations.

Work effectively under pressure, managing time and resources to meet challenging deadlines. Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in export trade, with a proven track record in handling trade operations and overseas sales.

Language Skills: Fluency in English or Japanese is required.

Management Skills: Prior experience in team management, demonstrating highly developed leadership abilities.

Proactive and Resilient: Extremely proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations with a strong sense of urgency and dedication.

Flexibility: Willingness to work partly outside the capital in a remote farming area, as needed.

Compensation: A competitive salary starting at $2,000 per month, with the potential for negotiation based on experience and skills.
