Full Time Facility Technician (based at Masai) Jobs, in Mah Sing Properties Johor - Maukerja

Job Description :

1. To daily inspect M&E Systems.

2. To attend all plumbing and electrical works.

3. To attend to water sub-meter reading upon water works department taken reading for main meter.

4. To inspect water distribution system and report any leakage, breakdown and conditions of pipes and tanks.

5. To attend minor hacking and plastering jobs relating to common areas.

6. To attend immediately to any emergency fault or critical breakdown in the premise.

7. Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedure.

8. Under direction of maintenance supervisor or other appropriate management staff responsible for the general maintenance and or minor repairs to buildings and grounds and to do related tasks as required.

Requirements :

1. Certificate in any related technical discipline i.e: electrical.

2. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

3. In the absence of above requirements subject to the management's approval.

4. Minimum with 1 year working experience in Property Management is preferred.
