WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR REVENUE EXECUTIVE

Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Executive to support the resort’s pricing, forecasting and room revenue strategy. This role works closely with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to respond to demand and improve commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor room rates, occupancy, booking pace, ADR and RevPAR.
• Assist with pricing decisions, demand forecasts and revenue reports.
• Manage room inventory, rate availability and restrictions across distribution channels.
• Analyse market trends, competitor rates and booking patterns.
• Check rate accuracy and parity across booking platforms.
• Support revenue meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Work with Reservations and Front Office to resolve rate and inventory issues.

Requirements

• Experience in hotel revenue management, reservations or a related commercial role; supervisory or senior executive experience is preferred.
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with reports and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and online distribution channels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work across departments.
• Experience with Marriott systems is an advantage.
