1. Customer Assistance

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or walk-in
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with orders, payments, and account issues

2. Complaint Handling

• Handle customer complaints professionally and politely
• Resolve issues efficiently or escalate to the relevant department
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

3. Order & Service Support

• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations
• Update customer records and transaction details
• Track deliveries or service requests

4. Communication & Relationship Management

• Build positive relationships with customers
• Maintain professional communication at all times
• Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
