Full Time Medical Lab Scientist - Kempas Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Innoquest Pathology Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of guidance to junior technologists/scientists for clinical laboratory procedures and test guidelines.
• Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests.
• Perform quality control on test results, ensuring validity and accuracy.
• Perform calibration and troubleshooting on testing systems and instruments to ensure adherence to established standards of accuracy.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures as per company established SOP to ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned by the Lab Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Degree (Medical Lab Scientist) in Biomedical Science or equivalent science courses.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in laboratory department.
• Experience in a supervisory positions will be an added advantage.
• Able to work on rotational shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
