.Job Description: Electrical Engineer

Position Purpose

The Electrical Engineer owns the power infrastructure of the data centre. This role manages everything from the high-voltage utility connection down to the server racks, ensuring continuous, redundant power distribution.

Key Responsibilities

· Power Infrastructure Build: Supervise the installation of HT/MV/LV switchgears, transformers, diesel generators, UPS systems, and Power Distribution Units (PDUs).

· Testing Oversight: Lead the site testing for electrical systems, including insulation testing, protection relay calibration, and load bank testing.

· Authority Liaison: Coordinate with local utility providers (like TNB) and regulatory bodies for testing, energization, and permanent power connection.

· Safety & Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local safety standards, electrical grid codes, and site health guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
