Full Time Welder (Aluminium) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in FENGSHI METAL TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aluminium welding using processes such as TIG (GTAW) and/or MIG (GMAW)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Prepare materials before welding (cutting, grinding, cleaning, fit-up)
• Ensure proper joint alignment and fixture setup before welding
• Inspect welded parts to ensure dimension accuracy and weld quality
• Carry out rework or repair welding when required
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage
• Follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and quality standards
• Work closely with QC and production team to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S practices

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Technical Certificate / SKM in Welding or related field
• At least 1–3 years experience in aluminium welding
• Skilled in TIG welding for aluminium (thin sheet metal experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of welding defects and troubleshooting (e.g., porosity, distortion)
• Able to use basic tools: grinder, measuring tools, fixtures
• Able to read simple technical drawings
• Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
• Experience in precision sheet metal fabrication industry
• Familiar with stainless steel / mild steel welding as added advantage
• Basic knowledge of assembly processes
• Good teamwork and discipline

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
