Job Description

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of quality talent aligned with business requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, employer branding support, and ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across functions and levels.
  • Understand hiring needs through job requisition discussions with hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, vendors, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and selection discussions.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for hiring managers during the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status, market insights, and recruitment challenges.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through job postings, social media, career fairs, and employee referral programs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS / HRIS.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, compliance standards, and labor regulations.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement.
  • Support TA projects such as workforce planning, vendor management, campus hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.


Key Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Behavioral & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Prior experience in corporate, consulting, or shared services environments preferred.
  • Industry experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, IT, BFSI, or related sectors is an added advantage.
