Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day site supervision and execution of construction activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and according to project specifications. This role is execution-heavy and focused on site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce productivity
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams
• Monitor progress and report daily updates to project management
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
• Verify materials, equipment, and manpower readiness
• Support inspections and handover processes

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction/site supervision
• Experience in infrastructure, marine, or port projects is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of site execution, sequencing, and coordination
• Ability to read drawings and technical documents
• Practical and fast decision-maker

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months), extendable according to project needs.
