Responsibilities
1. Drive the performance of the Branch sales revenue, cost efficiency, administrative efficiency to achieve branch target.
2. Manage day to day operations; collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. Coordinate efforts to meet customer demands and optimize operational efficiency.
3. Maintain order management portals, online sales campaign, promotion, and pricing to ensure all order payments are up to date.
4. Monitor and manage branch stock to ensure stock level are compliance to SOP set.
5. Attend to incoming calls/messages & email inquiries from customers as well as those walk-in customer’s inquiries.
6. Attend to all company events to promote company products and thru social media marketing i.e.: Facebook live; work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and increase brand awareness. Provide input on marketing collateral, advertising initiatives, and digital marketing strategies.
7. All others day to day administration, coordination, and service support as assigned by Superior.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
