Ringkasan Jawatan:

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Account Executive, responsible for overseeing full-set accounting tasks within our organization.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

- Administration of financial accounts

- Handling accounts receivable and payable

- Executing payment entries, approvals, and transactions

- Conducting bank reconciliations

- Reporting duties

- Compiling monthly Profit & Loss statements for management

- Payroll and compliance

- Overseeing payroll processing and issuance

- Managing PCB, EPF, and EIS contributions

- Tax responsibilities

- Handling corporate tax

- Overseeing the income tax affairs of the director

- External collaboration

- Liaising with banking institutions regarding the company’s current accounts

- Coordinating with the company secretary and auditors on accounting matters and other corporate issues

Kelayakan:

- Minimum qualification in Accounting

- Proficient in basic English, both written and verbal

Waktu Bekerja:

5 Days a week, from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm

Gaji:

RM 3,500 – RM 5,500
