Requirements

1. Currently in their final semester of Diploma/Degree in HR or related field. Genuinely interested in continuing full-time after the internship.
2. Familiar with HR trends and active in Malaysia HR groups/forums (we love a curious mind!).
3. Proactive, responsible, and resourceful — you get things done.
4. Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
5. Must possess own transportation to commute to work due to limited public transportation in the area.
6. Good time management & stress management.
7. Willing to stand by all the time for ad hoc stuff.

9. Able to work independently and as a supportive team member.
10. Detail-oriented, organized, and ready to handle multiple HR tasks.
11. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
12. Minimum 4 months of internship.
13. Must be final semester student, with interest in converting to a full time staff.

Allowance : RM1000.00 per month

Job Description

1. Support daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, KPIs, and foreign worker management
2. Maintain accurate employee records & update HR databases.
3. Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, documents & SOPs
4. Get involved in disciplinary processes, policy implementation, and performance management.
5. Participate in culture-building, employee engagement & learning initiatives to build a WOW employee experience.
6. Be part of planning and executing company events and wellness activities.
7. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
