Job Summary

• Perform laboratory test and monitoring the quality from raw materials received, processes during production until bulk tanker deliveries and ensuring products meeting the specifications, customer requirement and regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• To perform laboratory test on samples received on daily basis.
• To prepare reports on daily basis.
• Manage flour retention samples and prepare flour samples for testing, customers and external whenever necessary.
• Manage records, workbooks, and documentation for Lab testing.

Education & Qualification

• Minimum SPM with science background or subjects.

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

• -

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• Food quality testing.
• Lab safety awareness.
