Join MHP-Miracle Health Products Sdn Bhd, a fast-growing health food manufacturer specializing in functional food and beverage products. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage our warehouse operations.

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy managing operations, solving problems, improving workflow efficiency, and growing together with a developing company. You will gain valuable hands-on exposure in warehouse management, stock control, and manufacturing operations.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery arrangement
• Monitor stock accuracy and ensure proper inventory control
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety practices
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics departments
• Monitor loading and unloading activities
• Practice FIFO/FEFO stock management
• Conduct stock count and assist in stock reconciliation
• Train and supervise warehouse assistants and storekeepers
• Ensure materials are prepared on time for production usage

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in warehouse or inventory management will be an added advantage
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and stock management skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to lead a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift handling experience is an advantage
