Full Time Production Operator (Electrical - Mechanical) - Singapore Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,200 in Ann Joo Metal (Singapore) Pte Ltd Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to machine, equipment, and facility breakdowns and carry out repair work promptly.
• Arrange, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities during repair, servicing, installation, and commissioning works.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures and WSH requirements.
• Support the superior in implementing preventive, corrective, and periodic maintenance programs.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and consumables, including stock checking and preparation of requisitions.
• Supervise and support contractors or vendors performing maintenance or installation work in the factory.
• Operate and run production machines and equipment when required, including during manpower shortages, urgent orders, machine trials, or production start-up.
• Support daily production activities to ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Assist in machine setup, changeover, adjustment, and troubleshooting during production.
• Work closely with production supervisors and operators to resolve production-related technical issues.
• Ensure machines are operated safely and in accordance with approved Safe Work Procedures (SWP).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in Maintenance, Engineering,or Manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety (WSH) and safe machine operation.
• Willing and able to operate production machines when required to support operational needs.
• Willingness to learn, upgrade skills, and adapt to both maintenance and production duties.
• Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work shift patterns or overtime according to operational and production requirements.
• Able to maintain 5S housekeeping standards consistently.

Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
