Day-to-day operation
You will need to upkeep all the related equipment to ensure smooth daily operation. To do this, you’ll need to regularly inspect the equipment using the job plan, highlight the finding and follow through until closure.
Be the front line for maintenance
Our clients will come to you for issues related to the system, so you’ll be expected to be skilled in carrying out repairs or coordinate with vendors for the rectification works. Beside this, you’ll also have to speed up on any equipment moves, add or change implementation. In every action you make, you’ll need to keep in mind that you follow the rules and regulations to avoid any violation.
To perform the routine job as follows:
Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual inspection on FLSS system/equipment.
To follow-up on OVSC (job request system) job request and close the work order with client consent.
To assist FC/client representative to perform preparation for planned maintenance in CMMS system. (Get ready permit-to-work, assist in supervision for the planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during carry job, escalation if needed)
Prepare daily job report, update job plan and closure in Maximo.
Repair and maintenance of fire fighting equipment.
Do all the relevant trainings.
Vendor coordination.
Ensure portable Fire Extinguishers are in good condition and permit renewed annually.
Maintenance of Eye shower and FLSS system according to Maximo schedule.
Ensure PM for Sprinklers, Fire Pump, Jockey Pump, Fire Panel , CO2 panels and wet chemical system are completed as per schedule.
CO2, wet chemical cylinder maintenance.
Yearly maintenance of Smoke Spill Fan, Substation Fire protection air curtain, trip devices (AHU/exhaust/magnetic door/roller shutter) functioning.
Ensure safety signages, emergency KELUAR/emergency lights and CO2 discharge indicator lights are in working condition.
Keep track of inventory spares(general)-i.e smoke detector, battery, control module etc.
Support operations during Fire Drill.
Alert Engineering Manager/Engineering Assistant Manager on any risk identified and work to mitigate on time.
To perform any other task given by the immediate superior.
Support BOMBA, internal/external audits to ensure compliance and to work towards ARs/findings closure promptly.
