Job Summary
The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure smooth operational activities. This role includes stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, documentation control, reporting, and coordination with internal departments to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitoring on storage productivity and space utilization.
- Manage day to day inventory operations.
- Maintain appropriate stock level according to seasonal promotions and ads.
- Analyse root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions.
- Communicate complex inventory problems to Manager promptly.
- Develop process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
- Monitoring and prepare report on Inventories turnover, SLOB and ageing.
- Handle weekly, monthly, and yearly stock count activities and generate/prepare complete reports on inventory levels.
- Other related warehousing duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Good listening skills with the ability to understand different perspectives.
- Confident in presenting to both team members and supervisors.

Good to Have:
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Knowledge in stock control and inventory planning.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
