Job Details

Position: Aircond Mechanic
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: No. 40, Jalan Dedaru, Taman Nira, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Aircond Mechanic to handle inspection, repair, and maintenance of automotive air conditioning systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing aircond issues, performing repairs, and ensuring all systems function efficiently and safely. You will also provide recommendations to customers on maintenance and necessary repairs.

This position is ideal for individuals who are technically skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced in automotive air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform inspection and diagnosis of car air conditioning systems
2. Repair and service automotive aircond components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and cooling coils
3. Carry out refrigerant gas refilling and leak detection
4. Troubleshoot aircond issues such as weak cooling, airflow problems, or unusual noise
5. Replace faulty parts including hoses, cabin filters, and valves
6. Conduct flushing and cleaning of aircond systems to ensure optimal performance
7. Use diagnostic tools to identify faults in electrical and mechanical systems
8. Ensure all repair work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
9. Provide recommendations to customers on maintenance and repair needs
10. Maintain cleanliness of workspace and proper records of services performed

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or relevant technical certification
2. Experience in automotive aircond repair and servicing is an advantage
3. Basic knowledge of aircond systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
4.Able to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently
