Responsibilities:

Looking to add a passionate, creative, and dedicated R&D Project Manager to our growing R&D team. The candidate will work in one of the most technically exciting and challenging environment, managing a cross-functional team in developing state of the art test instrumentation accessories for Keysight. Given the nature of the work, the candidate will also frequently liaise with the various worldwide Keysight Technology and R&D centers.

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the projects (planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols)
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Effectively applies Keysight Project Lifecycle processes and enforces all relevant project management standards
• Leads and facilitates checkpoint reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Efficiently manages project budget at each development cycle
• Identify cross-functional resources, as needed
• Executes relevant risk management plan, if, and when required
• Coordinates and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Qualifications:

• PhD / Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Typically, more than 10 years of related working experience, with preferably 3 years in project management or equivalent cross-functional leadership experience
• Proven experience in people management
• Knowledge in Keysight Project Lifecycle will be an added advantage
• Preferably some amount of relevant experience in RF/Microwave/Oscilloscope Probe products development
