Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager based in Bayan Lepas. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts by building and maintaining relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves developing strategies to meet sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success. The candidate will also oversee the implementation of IT solutions, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Monitoring market trends and contributing to business development strategies are key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of IT systems, systems integration, and technology solutions
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in time management and project coordination
• Experience working in or with the commercial or government sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
