Responsibilities
Account:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document organization
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) functions, such as payment voucher preparation, verifying payment details, and maintaining records
- Support AR to prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as required.
HR Admin:
Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
Prepare and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Update company records and data accurately.
Follow up on pending matters with internal teams and external parties
Assist in preparing reports, payment application form, prepare documents, employee batch, PPE, and etc.
Support management with general administrative duties
