Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service and ensure that the needs of customers are satisfied.

2. Encourages team members to look for opportunities for process simplification and improvements.

3. Makes effective independent decisions representing day-to-day issues.

4. Responsible for directing the daily operations of the customer service team and coordinating production on delivery requirements.

5. Responsible for liaising with company management to support and implement growth strategies.

6. Responsible for interfacing with Production, Material and Quality on matters pertaining to shipment requirements.

7. Responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the delivery meets with the highest level of customer service possible.

8. Responsible for resolving the execution of the contract between the customers’ requirements and the company’s capability.

9. Responsible for any customers’ order cancellation by compiling and summarizing the Exposure Liability Report.

10. Responsible for following up with customer on the final disposition of the inventory which will either be to be returned or scrap internally.

11. Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met
