Responsibilities
Main Job Scope:
Required to perform general administration duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.
Duties (Key Responsibilities):
Provide administrative support to Quantity Surveyor (QS) / project team.
Check and compile bills for services & utilities before submission to Management for approval.
Supervise and Oversee Reception, Handle phone calls, emails, Despatch and General Administration daily works routine.
Assist in preparing letters, reports and submissions.
Maintain proper filing system (hardcopy & softcopy).
Other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):
Minimum SPM qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Good command of English.
Able to work independently and in a team
