·         Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets

·         Ensure production runs smoothly according to schedule and quality requirements

·         Manage manpower allocation and optimize productivity on the production floor

·         Monitor production performance and take corrective actions when needed

·         Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure material availability

·         Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), safety, and quality standards

·         Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

·         Prepare daily/weekly production reports and track KPIs

·         Handle production issues and escalate when necessary
