What You Bring to the Table:

  • Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
  • Min 2-3 years experience as a social media executive at a similar or related role.
  • Min of 2-3 years of agency experience.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
  • Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.
  • In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
  • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
  • Flexible and engaging writing style.
  • Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the voice behind the brand—brainstorming, creating, and publishing content that connects, inspires, and drives results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create & Captivate – Develop engaging and innovative content tailored for various social media platforms.
Collaborate & Connect – Work closely with the Social Brand Manager and Digital Marketing team to align on strategy and execution.
Know the Brand – Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business goals and advertising approach to ensure content hits the mark.
Strategize & Analyze – Conduct competitive research, benchmark performance, and identify target audiences to shape content strategies.
Plan with Purpose – Build editorial calendars and syndication plans to keep content consistent and timely.
Measure What Matters – Use analytics tools to track performance, extract insights, and continuously improve engagement metrics.
Design Direction – Coordinate with the Creative Department to guide the visual direction of promotional materials and digital assets.
Audience Insight – Identify and analyze audience behaviors, preferences, and habits to refine targeting.
Research & Innovate – Stay ahead of industry trends and creatively spot new opportunities for brand growth.
Optimize & Elevate – Monitor campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to maximize impact.
Report & Reflect – Maintain records and prepare periodic reports for assigned accounts.
Pitch In & Adapt – Take on additional duties as needed and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
