Full Time Lean Engineer Jobs, in EEW Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

• Assist Lean Manufacturing Manager
• Identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving productivity while coordinating the implementation of these improvements
• Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow & layout, equipment installations, modifications, and moves according to Lean concepts
• Stabilize the production processes
• Organize and measure the progress of improvement initiatives and ensure plant wide consistency, while adhering to company policies and safety stan
• Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives
• Assist Lean Manufacturing Manager in training and guidance in process improvement techniques
• Assist Lean Manufacturing Manager in project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved
• Assist Lean Manufacturing Manager with monthly project scorecard reports
• Adhere to all the Quality, Safety & Environmental requirements
• All other task that is related to job scope given by management from time to time

Requirements:-

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Lean Manufacturing) or equivalent.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in lean and operational excellence management system.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
• A certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner
