Role Purpose

To lead and support the showroom sales team in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer service standards, and ensuring daily showroom operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and motivate showroom sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure staff follow up on all walk-in and online enquiries
• Monitor team performance, attendance, discipline, and SOP compliance
• Assist team in handling customers, objections, and closing sales
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and customer experience are maintained
• Support showroom marketing activities such as live sessions, events, and promotions
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Train and coach new sales staff

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or furniture industry is an advantage
• Leadership skills and ability to guide a team
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented
• Interest in furniture, home living, or interior styling
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
