Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structure
• Manage payroll, benefits, insurance schemes, and statutory compliance
• Prepare and monitor HR budgets, headcount, payroll cost, and key HR metrics
• Administer performance management and annual salary review processes
• Oversee HRMS system, employee records, and confidential HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and legal requirements
• Manage employee recognition programs and support employee engagement initiatives
• Work closely with Finance on forecasting and reporting
• Ensure employees are trained on business conduct and compliance policies
• Handle other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices and market trends
• Proficient in data analysis and HR information systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
