Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle sales activities including product promotion, customer follow-up, and closing sales.
  2. Provide customer service support by attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  3. Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Assist in managing and monitoring daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  5. Participate in company events, roadshows, or promotional activities when assigned by management.
  6. Prepare, compile, and summarize monthly sales reports based on daily sales performance.
  7. Ensure proper handling of documents, orders, and basic administrative tasks related to sales.
  8. Support management in any ad-hoc tasks related to sales and branch operations when required.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.


Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel or participate in events when required.
  • Responsible, well-organized, and customer-oriented.
