Full Time QC Inspector Jobs, in Icon Trans Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Requirements:

1. SPM / secondary qualification & above.

2. Able to rorate shift and work overtime.

3. Possess with own transport.

4. Able to read technical drawings, use basic measuring tools, and create basic reports or spreadsheets.

5. Quality Awareness Training, Drawing Interpretation Training, and 5M1E Analysis Training.

6. More than 2 years of inspection experience in the same industry.

7. Product Inspection Standards and Non-Conforming Product Handling Standards.

8. Hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for product inspection and daily report documentation:

1. Carry out inspection of in-process products at each production stage.

2. Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), patrol inspection, and special inspection during the production process based on drawings, SIP, or inspection checklists to ensure product quality meets the required standards.

3. Report non-conforming products during the production process to the Supervisor, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

4. Organize daily inspection reports and record key information accurately to ensure traceability

Conduct yield rate statistics and assist the supervisor in handling abnormalities:

1. Daily yield rate statistics for each process inspection.

2. Assist the supervisor and engineers in handling quality abnormalities.

Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned:

1. Carry out important tasks assigned by the direct superior. / Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by departmental management.

2. Ensure all work activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
