Full Time Chargeman A0 Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,100 in Vance Bioenergy Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive in implementing plans to minimize downtime for all plant and building electrical and instrumentation facilities.
• Plan and develop effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unscheduled breakdowns for field instruments, PLCs, IT, and telecommunication systems.
• Carry out preventive, predictive, repair, and maintenance tasks for electrical and instrumentation equipment (e.g., chillers and compressor systems).
• Support the Maintenance Executive in performing corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate subcontractor manpower during scheduled or unscheduled breakdowns.
• Continuously review and update the critical spare parts list for electrical and instrumentation items.
• Ensure sufficient stock of critical spare parts to minimize downtime during breakdowns.
• Ensure standby generator sets are always in good working condition.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance works for factory buildings.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by company management.
