Job Description & Details

Position: Sales and Operation Assistant
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rest Day: Tuesday & Friday)

Location: No. 40, Jalan Dedaru, Taman Nira, 83000 Batu Pahat, Johor

Job Scope

1. Sales & Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries from walk-in and online platforms professionally.
• Provide product explanations and recommendations to customers.
• Close sales transactions and achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Record and maintain daily sales transactions accurately.

2. Operations Support

• Assist in the installation of window tinted as a helper or second installer.
• Support technicians to ensure installation work is completed efficiently.
• Perform basic aircond servicing and troubleshooting (e.g. cleaning, checking system, minor repair) when required.
• Assist in installation or maintenance related to automotive aircond systems.
• Ensure the working area and tools are organized and maintained properly.

3. Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in posting promotional content on company social media platforms.
• Capture photos and videos of completed installations (before & after).
• Help promote company services through basic digital marketing activities.

4. Inventory Management

• Monitor and record raw material stock such as tinted films and installation supplies.
• Inform management when stock levels are low.
• Ensure proper stock documentation and storage.
