Full Time Senior Security Supervisor Jobs, in WOH HUP MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. Johor - Maukerja

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

1. Mange security databases and records, regularly review data protection of all information collected during security

operations, and rectify any shortcomings to prevent misuse of data

2. Manage turnstile setup and operations, CCTV, and side gate access control

3. Support the Project Director/Project Manager by reviewing existing site security measures, recommending

improvements, conducting security risk assessments and surveys where necessary, and liaising with the project

management team and relevant authorities when required

4. Plan and conduct risk assessments, identify potential security risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures

5. Supervise security guards, ensure all posts are manned, brief guards on daily patrol requirements (including monitoring

suspicious items, personnel, and illegal activities), monitor site security activities, ensure compliance with procedures,

report incidents to the project management team, conduct quarterly reviews of hygiene, security, and safety practices, and

ensure all vehicular and personnel movements in and out of the site are properly recorded

6. Conduct monthly spot checks on sites and living quarters, and take appropriate action on any misconduct or prohibited

activities such as fighting or possession of offensive weapons

7. Manage the monthly submission of daily occurrence reports, incident reports, patrol reports, material discharge forms,

and security guard performance reports

8. Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly controlled by checking delivery documents, verifying discharge

forms before any material exit, taking photo evidence for all exits, ensuring scrap removal activities are supported with

approved discharge forms

9. Conduct periodic internal audits of security operations, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with company

policies and regulatory requirements, and implement corrective actions for any identified gaps

10. Ensure all reports submitted by the Security Supervisor are reviewed and consolidated into a comprehensive monthly

report

11. Ensure adherence to workplace safety requirements

Technical Competencies

1. Conduct security audits & risk assessments

2. Incident management and reporting

3. Knowledge of evacuation plans and exercises

4. First-aid

Requirement:

Government Agencies – (E.g. Ex -army, Police, Immigration, CIDB etc.)
