Responsibilities
1) Handle daily front desk coordination matters.
2) Assist in managing the complaint management.
3) Assist to the client to resolve their problems, report and follow up with the management team.
4) To build a good raport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services.
5) Summarize and prepare weekly/monthly report for building maintenance issue/ feedback received.
6) To assist in other ad-hock tasks which assigned by Building Manager from time to time.
