Job Description

• Lead overall finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, AP/AR, treasury, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare management reports, provide financial analysis and business insights, and ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Oversee ERP implementation from a finance perspective to improve operational efficiency and financial processes.
• Manage procurement functions including vendor management, strategic sourcing, and inventory coordination.
• Work closely with banks, auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to support business and financial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred. Proven ability to lead and manage a team of financial professionals.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
